Her work has profiled international travel locales, high-powered personalities, and top D.C. destinations. Pratt's writing has appeared in USA Today, Executive Travel, Baltimore Magazine, Web MD, the Magazine, Washington Flyer, and many others. This will be her third time as author of this guidebook.

In addition to writing, Meredith also has a strong background in media relations, brand development, event planning, and social media for travel clients. She most recently worked to promote Maryland's national tourism Meredith resides in the suburbs outside of Washington, D.C. area with her husband, daughter, and several four-legged family members.
