Dr. Palaiahnakote Shivakumara is a lecturer in computer science at the University of Salford, UK. Previously, he worked as an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 2013-2023. He was with the Department of Computer Science, School of Computing, National University of Singapore from 2008-2013 as a Research Fellow on Video text extraction and recognition projects.He received B.Sc., M.Sc Technology by research and Ph.D degrees in computer science respectively in 1995, 2001 and 2005 from University of Mysore, Mysore, Karnataka, India. He has published more than 300 research papers in national, international conferences and journals. He has been serving as an Editor-in-Chief for Artificial Intelligence and Applications (AIA).He has been serving as Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Multimedia (TMM), Pattern Recognition (PR), International Journal on Document Analysis and Recognition (IJDAR), Springer Nature of Computer Science (SNCS), ACM Transactions Asian and Low Resource Language Information Processing (TALLIP), Malaysian Journal of Computer Science (MJCS) and CAAI-Transactions on Intelligence in Technology. He received a Top Reviewer award from IEEE Transaction on Multimedia (TMM), Pattern Recognition Letters (PRL). He has been reviewer for several IEEE Transactions, Elsevier journals, CVPR, ICCV, ACMMM, ECCV, ACCV, ICDAR, DAS, ICFHR, ICPR conferences etc. He received the prestigious award "Dynamic Indian of the Millennium" by KG Foundation, Coimbatore, India. His research interests include image processing, pattern recognition, fraud document analysis and video text analysis. He is Senior Member of IEEE and IUPRAI.

Dr. Saurov Mahanta, Ph.D., is a resident of Guwahati, Assam, India, and working for the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Guwahati, under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India. Dr. Mahanta did his master's in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from Tezpur University, Tezpur Assam, and he got the Ph.D. degree from Gauhati University, Assam, for his work on Computational Drug Discovery for Tuberculosis. Dr. Mahanta is actively involved in bioinformatics-based drug discovery works using Combinatorial Chemistry, Molecular Docking, Molecular Modeling, Molecular Dynamics, and related analysis. His research area includes structure-based drug discovery studies for COVID-19, breast and stomach cancer, Alzheimer's disease, and tuberculosis. He is also involved in Nano-informatics-based research using proteins of different pathogens. Dr. Mahanta has 16 years of research experience, and he is so far credited with 32 research publications in SCI journals, 2 edited books, and 4 international book chapters.

Prof. Yumnam Jayanta Singh is Executive Director, National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India, Guwahati. He also worked with several universities in different counties, such as Don Bosco University (India), Swinburne University of Technology (Malaysia/Australia), Misurata University (Libya) with joint programs from Nottingham Trent University (England), and Skyline University (UAE) joint programs from National American University (USA). He had worked with CMM Level 5 organizations such as NTT Data (Halifax, Canada) and Tech Mahindra (Mumbai, India). Prof. Singh is Member of the Data Science Society, IASTED, EUROSIS, IETE, IEEE, etc. His research interests include Cloud Computing, Data Warehouse and Mining, Blockchain, Distributed Database Management Systems, Digital Image Processing, Software Engineering and Testing, etc. Prof. Singh has published several research papers in international and national journals and conferences. He has supervised many Ph.D. scholars and master's students. He has published 85 research publications. He is one of the founder editors of ADBU-Journal of Engineering Technology and NIELIT-International Journal of Digital Technologies. He has executed several projects of National Importance and was in the team of developing the strategy plan of skilling the youths in many emerging areas.
